This is still not working, so please keep this ticket open. I filed a direct contact using the skyverge contact form, as you suggested, but have not heard back. I still cannot successfully reconnect to FB via the plugin, and would like to get this resolved.

Yes, it appears that products are synching between our store and FB. However, the plugin always shows the “You’re ready to migrate to a more secure, reliable Facebook for WooCommerce connection. Please click here to reconnect!” message on the WP dashboard, and reports a “plugin update” available almost every day, despite there being no update available.

Thanks for your response; this is what I see when I log into the business manager on FB:
Here is what I see when I log into WP-Admin > WooCommerce > Facebook
