I just added in
<wp:wxr_version>1.1</wp:wxr_version>to the export file and the import was successful.It’s certainly not perfect, not all the fields match up, but it did the trick for me.
*Clarification: I’m using the wpp_get_mostpopular() template tag in my theme. I can tell that my custom post types are being counted but they just aren’t showing up when I use that template tag.
