Yes we have set the exchange rate in Multi Currency plugin setting.
The plugin works perfectly in the front of the website, customers do conversions without problems. The problem comes from the back office. Every month we analyze all the sales, unfortunately since the installation of this plugin in the back office the analysis is false since the back office doesn’t realize the conversions.
A product sold 65€, when the customer realizes the conversion the price of the product is then $80. However in the backoffice the sale will count 80€ and no 65€.
