A quick follow-up to clarify the core implementation question.

Google Site Kit support has confirmed that its Consent Mode implementation uses Advanced Consent Mode, loads gtag.js before consent, and may send cookieless Analytics pings. It also does not provide a forced global opt-in mode.

Our required setup is global strict opt-in for Analytics only:

• no gtag.js before Accept
• no GA4 page_view or collect request before Accept
• no cookieless Analytics ping before Accept
• no Analytics cookies before Accept
• Site Kit remains connected to the GA4 property, but its Analytics code placement and Consent Mode would be disabled
• no GTM and no Google Ads

Could you please confirm these five points for Complianz 7.5.0?

1. Can Complianz Free or Premium globally block GA4 completely until the visitor accepts Analytics?
2. Can it guarantee that gtag.js and cookieless Analytics pings are not sent before consent?
3. With Site Kit tag placement and Site Kit Consent Mode disabled, which exact Complianz integrations and settings should be enabled?
4. Where should the GA4 Measurement ID be configured so that only one GA4 tag is loaded?
5. After Reject or withdrawal, how are future Analytics requests and existing GA cookies handled?
