I have the same problem. My scanner manual says nothing about a prefix character but it has a list of barcodes to do certain functions.
Could you please tell me perhaps which one I should scan.

I just need a little help please? The main product image for all my products are of such a low quality. I dont know why. Could you please tell me how to fix it.
Secondly, please could you tell me how to disable clicking on the main product image? I have already disabled lightbox, but i am still able to click on the image, which results in the browser pointing towards the image file.
