It sounds like there is a conflict between the plugin and either your theme’s javascript and another plugin you may be running. If you run TwentyTwelve does the problem persist? Also try de-activating other plugins.

Question, do you have any caching plugins enabled? If so then the cache will need to be cleared at the same time as launch.

Thank you very much for pointing this out. It seems that when we uploaded the plugin to WordPress, the folder name changed, so we will sort it out ASAP.
