Yep, I always reached out to printful but they always instruct me to check if the URL I pasted was right. Done this a couple of times until they just told me to forward the concern to their developer.
It’s not showing the same error on mine right now but another error popped out whenever I add product. It says URL is not correct… even if it’s correct. Therefore I can’t add a product. 😑
Do you still get the same error again? Coz I do.
Miner’s not displaying the same error again but a different one. Still can’t add products and can’t import orders. I thought of importing orders now manually.😑
Mine too 🙁 Such a bad timing coz we’re about to launch the shop yesterday but it went out with that problem. Bummer!
