Hello @sneshri,
Thank you for reaching out, and I am so sorry to hear about this inconvenience.
You are seeing the footer badge on your site because that was active in the MonsterInsights settings.
Please try disabling the MonsterInsights Badge by logging into your WordPress admin and then going to the Insights » Tools » Website Badge. While on this page, turn off the option Enable Automatic Display. https://a.supportally.com/i/eaCrk5
This should hide the badge under your site. You may want to clear those caches as well after this, so it can reflect everywhere as well.
This could have been activated when the setup wizard ran for the configuration of the MonsterInsights, this option was selected. https://a.supportally.com/i/e45m3L
Hope this helps, and if you have any other questions for us, please do let us know. We are happy to help!
Have a great day!

Hi @fintripled
Thanks a bunch for sharing your thoughts, and feedback. The ‘something went wrong’ can show up for many reasons, such as JavaScript blockage, expired authentication or something like change in URL. But these are easiest to fix, mostly by running the setup wizard, and connecting the site again with Google Analytics.
Or, in case you get stuck, please reach out to us and we will help you fix it.Have a great day!

Hi @brian90069
Thank you for reaching out. I am sorry to hear about this trouble.I checked the site from frontend, and it seems to be working fine, as the tracker is loading without any issues and events are being registered. https://a.supportally.com/i/kQnPns
Are you no seeing any data in the MonsterInsights Reports’ dashboard within your WordPress admin? It should be showing up there. If you are checking the Google Analytics dashboard, please ensure that you are looking at the right property. Sometimes people create multiple properties for the same domain name.
If not, would you be able to reach out to us at https://www.monsterinsights.com/get-help/, so we can take a look at things directly to resolve it?
Thanks so much!

Thank you for reaching out.
The code you are seeing in there merely reflects the URL of the page that has been opened on the browser.
For e.g., when I click a submenu item from the home page, it showed the page as the ‘page_location’ where I landed, i.e. https://www.specialistaseo.net/technical-seo/ in this case, and ‘page_referrer’ as homepage (https://www.specialistaseo.net/), where I clicked that link. https://a.supportally.com/i/nBRR0M
So, if you’re seeing an email inside the source code, it probably means there’s an email in the URL somewhere. It might show up as a 404 error when clicked.
When I checked the same URL you have in the page referrer (https://www.specialistaseo.net/rebranding/), I noticed that you have the email address added as an http anchor link within the site’s footer section. However, clicking on it leads to a 404 page because there is no such page as the email address. On the 404 page, you will see the exact ‘page_location’ with the email inside the source code. https://a.supportally.com/i/LFB3Vh
This is not an issue with the plugin, but the email shouldn’t be inside the anchor tag as http link. That will always create a 404 error for your link.
Hope this helps to answer your questions. Do let us know if you have any other questions for us. We are happy to help!
Have a great day!
Hello @sethbburgess
I’m sorry, but I’m having a bit of trouble understanding the context here. Could you possibly help shed some light on what exactly are you trying in there?
If this is related to something within the website, I just wanted to mention that whether you’re using simple hosting or AWS Lightsail, it shouldn’t make a difference for the path of the files as the links will be established from the root of the site.
However, I’d love to help out if you could provide a bit more detail about it.
Thanks a lot!
