when you request the page via a link it breaks defalutfv as well.
I have had the same problem, but noticed something interesting. If you re-enter the url, the header hides as it should when the page reloads. If you click a link to the page however it doesn’t hide. I believe this issue has something to do with the referrer parameter. When you refresh after reentering the url the referrer parameter is blank and it works. Any thoughts? I have been using this plugin for some time and just noticed the issue.
