Nice job with the fix. Works now as described and the variance feature is a thoughtful addition.
Updated to 1.48 and while the price slider is now responsive and allows for setting of min/max values, the filter still doesnt produce correct response. See http://www.lakesideterrace.apartments/rental-listings/. Set slider to min=750, max=800 and listing includes units with price of 885, outside of the range. Or set slider to 800-1000 and units at 750 and at 1100 still show up. Still a bug in the way the filter works.
