Thank you! I apologize once again for the confusion and frustration.
Also, a while back, we had some custom work done to our contact form that allows us to send the message to a different email depending on which department the user picked from a drop-down. Has the functionality of that remained? I was instructed to not update the plugin when we got that done for us, but sadly I had to go through updates while I was troubleshooting this issue we were having recently.
Hello, I have to apologize. All emails from your support team were being filter by spam. They were being blocked from our server and never got to my email client. I am responding to the last email from Greg on June 2.
And just so that it’s on the record, here is an image of the email I just sent.
Here’s another image of an email I sent on 6/1.
As you can see in this image, I responded to the email on 5/11, 5/19, and 5/25 and never got any responses. I’ve been sending follow ups for weeks with no replies.
I did send information with admin access, but I got no responses. I will try again.
I have not gotten any responses to my emails over the past few weeks. I’ve sent at least 4 so far.
