sorry for the confusion – went the wrong way… set to Azores timezone and date I entered in Calendar event is the date I expect the calendar…I’ll leave as is 🙂
I checked with the host and their web server is located on the west coast. This then sounds like it is truly ignoring the settings and using the web server host time stamp as it is a 4 hour difference from New York… UTC – 8 vs UTC – 4.
As I stated I have fudged the time in the event so the time is displayed correctly…
