I have the same issue and contacted plugin creator but with no success, and having a quick look at their support forum full of spams, i seriously doubt that we will ever get an answer from creator, the only solution i found till now is to deactivate stella plugin, make my form changes and re-activate it after changes saved…
It’s a pitty because the plugin itself works quite fine for small projects and much more confortable to use than WPML in small sites.

I am having exactly the same problem with russian language, no matter what i translate in ru.php file in front-end keeps showing english !!!
any idea why ?
