Nvm, i finally found the answer myself. The problem lied in the divi-theme settings where the pages were listed in the navigation option. I just removed them from there and the problem resolved itself.

That plugin worked well. I ran it twice, once with case insensitivity and once without on all my tables and resaved my permalinks. It fixed most of the links. But there are still two rogue links. One of them is just flat out wrong. It should lead me to localhost/siteCopy/#link but just leads me to localhost/#link. Which takes me to the XAMPP page. And the other link still redirects me to the live site.
Any thoughts? 🙂
