In reply to: [SFN Easy FAQ Manager] not working in [faqcombo]I did some more digging, and found that the shortcode won’t recognize the <!–more–> tag in any scenario.
I may add something to allow for an excerpt or full content in the near future.

In reply to: [Schema Creator by Raven] Incompletefirst off, if there is something unfriendly / difficult about it, please let me know so it can be improved. Schema by it’s very nature is complicated, so we’ve taken a lot of time and thought to make it as easy as possible.
as for GitHub support, the WP support forums lack a lot of the controls that GitHub (and any others) provide. For example, there’s no way to separate bugs from enhancement requests, or to easily track specific issues that may be a longer-term fix. While I’m sorry that you don’t *like* GitHub, that won’t be changing any time soon.

In reply to: [SFN Easy FAQ Manager] not working in [faqcombo]shortcodes do not, by default, apply filters like that. however, there is an option to enable content filters on the settings page. have you activated this?

In reply to: [SFN Easy FAQ Manager] Web master tools and FAQheads up: I’ve just added a new option to select a page for redirecting all the individual content pieces to a main FAQ page of your choice

In reply to: [SFN Easy FAQ Manager] Web master tools and FAQthere is no way to prevent the URLs from being created, as they are part of the content inside WordPress and thus WP creates the URLs for all content. I may add a ‘redirect’ option in the future.
there are some options that will add the various indexing meta tags into the head of the site, or if you are using an SEO plugin you can apply them based on the settings available in that plugin.

In reply to: [SFN Easy FAQ Manager] Strange Cursor/Mouse Pointerit won’t underline (that’s by design) but the title should have a cursor if you’re using the built-in CSS. If not, or if your theme overrides it (I can’t check because you didn’t provide a link) then you can add your own CSS into the theme’s stylesheet to have it look however you’d like.

In reply to: [SFN Easy FAQ Manager] FAQ page suddenly loading very slowly.I can see that happening. However, looking at the page and running a pagespeed test, I see that the sharing plugin you have on that page is misconfigured. it’s loading the various social scripts (twitter, pinterest, etc) for each FAQ on the page. being that you have multiple buttons on the page, I’m not sure which one is causing it. But if you view the pagesource, you’ll see each ‘invisible’
<div class='dd_outer'>on there.I did add the ability for the content to use the existing filters that WP uses, so if your plugin uses that, it would explain it. I can add an option to disable that, so look for it in the next update.

In reply to: [SFN Easy FAQ Manager] Fatal error conflict with FormidableProglad to hear it. I changed the priority of a specific hook being called.

In reply to: [SFN Easy FAQ Manager] Fatal error conflict with FormidablePronot sure why that form plugin is calling the hook that the error is calling on (it shouldn’t be), but I’ve tweaked the setup so it shouldn’t do that anymore. since Formidable is a commercial plugin, I don’t have the means to test it with, so let me know if it causes any more issues.

In reply to: [SFN Easy FAQ Manager] Fatal error conflict with FormidableProhmmm…thanks for the heads up. I’m not familiar with that plugin, but I’ll take a look and see if I can work around it. thanks!
