Hi @silasveta,
Upon checking your site, the user profile image appears to be added by WCFM. We don’t actually use this in WC Vendors Marketplace. It appears that you are using their marketplace solution and not ours. Please note that we are a different Marketplace plugin. Kindly reach out to WCFM support for assistance.
Cheers,
LloydHi @laff77,
You may use the [wcv_vendorslist] shortcode to display the list of vendors on a page. You may check our guide for shortcodes that you can use for WC Vendors Marketplace – https://docs.wcvendors.com/knowledge-base/pages-and-shortcodes.
Cheers,
LloydHi @marat0998,
By default, the payment will always be sent to the marketplace (admin) account first before the amount is split between the marketplace and the vendor. Sending the commission of the vendor can be done in multiple ways: you can send it automatically or you can send it manually. For your marketplace, you will need to use a payout solution that allows you to manually send or schedule the payout of the commissions of vendors.
We have a list of payouts solutions that you can use for paying your vendors, you may check out the list here – https://www.wcvendors.com/2018/05/payments-explained.

LloydHi Carlos,
I suggest you contact the support for the plugin you are using to create auction products. Also, we cannot assure that the plugin is compatible in a marketplace setting. You will also have to check if you can use the plugin for a marketplace.
Hi @piyushdear,
We have not experienced this issue on our test site. Can you try installing the update manually using plugin upload?
Also, you may follow our debugging guide to check for possible plugin conflicts – https://docs.wcvendors.com/knowledge-base/the-debugging-guide.
Let us know if you have further questions.
Best regards,
LloydHi @caandab,
The product details already show where the product comes from – https://share.getcloudapp.com/8LuoekqR.
Also, it appears that you are using the Country Table rate which is why all the rates are being shown for the countries. This list shows the shipping rate when shipping to these countries, and also shows the countries you ship to. Still, the customer’s shipping rate will be calculated upon checkout when he/she enters an address.
Lastly, if you have purchased access to our support via our premium plugins you can submit a ticket here: https://www.wcvendors.com/submit-ticket/, so we can provide full product support. Please be sure to include your license key and order number.
Best Regards,
LloydHi @caandab,
This option is only available on the Pro version. You will need to upgrade to the Pro version so you can use the WC Vendors Pro shipping system.
If you are using the WC Vendors Shipping System, it should show where the product is shipping from – https://share.getcloudapp.com/2Nuq8QkW.
Best regards,
LloydHi @achairlijian,
The single product page template is set by your theme. Try using the default Storefront Theme if the button is shown. If the button appears, you will have to check this with Avada and the plugin developer as well.

LloydHi @arwah12,
This type of restriction is done in WordPress and not on our plugin. You may refer to this article on how you can set this restriction – https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/hooks/upload_mimes/.
You may also file upload types using plugins.
Hi Timo,
Thanks for providing the logs.
Can you check with your host if PUT/GET/DELETE/POST methods are allowed. Also, kindly check if there are no restrictions on wp-json and admin-ajax.
Please let us know if you need further assistance.
Hi @petrich,
I cannot replicate this on my test site. Would you mind testing the REST API URL with only WC Vendors Marketplace active?
Let us know how this goes.
Hi @neal86,
Sub orders are an internal method that does not display anything to anyone including the admin. If you are seeing the suborders, then your code or a plugin is making this happen. Have you changed any of the capabilities of your vendor roles?
Hi Neldad,
For hiding the Astra theme settings from showing up on the WooCommerce Product Editor, you may be able to do this on your theme level. You may consult your theme developer regarding this.
Also, since you are using the product editor by WooCommece, you may consult WooCommerce for hiding elements on the product editor form for specific user roles.
Hi Adrian,
This is correct. You will need to add your Bank Information so that the payment will be sent to you first. We do not let customers pay vendors directly because it will render our commission useless. You will not be able to calculate the commission for the vendor and for the marketplace if the payment is sent directly to the vendor. Also, this will make it harder for you to collect your own commission because the vendors will have to manually send it to you.
This is why the payment is always sent to the marketplace first, the commissions for the vendors are calculated and then sent out.
