There is no option for this in the free version of WC Vendors.
However, if you already have the Pro Version, the customers should be automatically notified when the vendors add a tracking number.

All products use the same single product template. Using this filter will affect all products.

This will not work because vendors don’t have capabilities to create posts and pages (custom posts included).
They only have the capability to create, edit, and delete products.
You will have to include the capability to create, edit and delete custom posts.

The feature you are looking for are actually available on the Pro Version. We recommend upgrading the Pro Version to be able to utilize the Pro Shipping System, which lets you set the Maximum shipping fee that a store can charge.

I believe we have addressed your question on the other thread you started here – WC Vendors NOT seeing Commissions.
Nevertheless, to reiterate, the shipping system you are currently using is not compatible with WC Vendors as it is not built for a marketplace. You may use any of the compatible shipping plugins here instead – https://www.wcvendors.com/home/compatible-plugins/.

This is not possible because the shipping system you are using is not built for a marketplace and multi-vendor setup.
Not all shipping plugins compatible with WooCommerce automatically work with WC Vendors because their functionalities need to be extended to WC Vendors. This may be done with custom development or integration.
On the other hand, you may use the recommended shipping plugins are already compatible with WC Vendors – https://www.wcvendors.com/home/compatible-plugins.

I believe you are using another multi-vendor plugin. This is not how our our dashboard looks like.
Kindly double check your plugins to verify what marketplace plugin you are using.
We won’t be able to provide support for plugins we did not develop.

I’ve mentioned in the other thread that you may not be using our plugin because the screenshot you sent does not resemble our dashboard.
Also, our shipping system only allows either Flat Rate or Country Table Rate, we don’t have a Shipping by Zone option.
Please verify the marketplace plugin you are using so you can reach out to the correct plugin support.

We have our own shipping system, and we don’t use the shipping system by WooCommerce because the shipping fee will not be given to the vendors.
Also, I’m not sure what plugin you are referring to. Kindly refer to their developers for more support.

We don’t have a free version for the WC Vendors WooCommerce Subscriptions.
If you are using only the WooCommerce Subscriptions, please contact WooCommerce directly as we don’t provide support for their plugins.
Also, if you are using another subscription plugin, please refer to their developer for support.

Vendors can create products without a fee. If you wish to collect no commissions from your vendors’ sales, you may set the commission rate to 0.
