No this is not due to Whatsapp floating icon.I have checked removing the button too.I have removed the marquee css and it is working.
If I remove the marquee container then the issue is resolved.Is there any way where I can keep the marquee container as well as remove the white space from the right hand side?

I am unable to add custom css in the oceanwp theme.The error says::Unable to save due to 1 invalid setting.” and “Markup is not allowed in CSS.”
