Unfortunately, it is not possible to export too.

I guess no choice already. I have to recreate it from scratch again.

    Hi Patrick,

I am not sure how to share via pastebin.com.

Anyway, attached is the corrupted export form. Hope you can take a look.

Thanks for the response. here is my situation.

We recently updated Forminator from version 1.44.x to 1.46.2 and then migrated our WordPress site to a new domain using symbolic links (no database restructuring was performed).

    – Do you recall if the forms were visible fine after the upgrade was done before migrating the site to a new domain?

ANSWER: The form was broken only after the upgrade to 1.46.2

    – Also, could you please check if the Database Prefix is the same for Forminator tables as in the current migrated site? Prefix is the part before the table name _frmt_form_entry. It should be the same throughout the database. However, please ensure not to make any changes to the DB or prefix without making a full site backup.

ANSWER: Yes, Prefix is the same for the 4 Forminator tables and same throughout the database.

    – Can you please confirm if you used any plugin/tool to migrate the site to the new environment or if you migrated manually.

    ANSWER: Migrated manually.

    – Lastly, can you please try clearing any object cache if you have it on your server and check if that helps to fix the issue?

ANSWER: Is there any specific cache that you are referring to? I dont see any cache folder in the web server directory. I have cleared my browser cache when loading the form.

Alternatively, an easier/faster approach/workaround would be to restore the old site backup on a local environment and export and import the Forminator forms to the new site manually. (Please note that this will not bring in the submission data, but avoid you the step to recreate the form in case if you wish to have them live on the new website asap without having to recreate them.)

ANSWER: Unfortunately, I don’t have my old site backup. All working fine in the new site. After I have upgraded Forminator 1.46.2, the existing form seem corrupted and can’t be displayed but there is still data inside the database table of Forminator. Please help to advise if the data inside the table still can be retrievable? Or is there is way to confirm if the data in the table has corrupted as the form in the webpage is not loading?
