In reply to: [OceanWP] Child Theme CSS issuesI don’t think that this is the answer. I had a child theme that was working perfectly, I updated Ocean WP and it stopped working. Your only answer is to “use the customizer”?
That’s very odd. What happens when you go to “Updates” right under “Home”?
I see this a lot with the paid Advanced Custom Fields plugin.
Is there a reason that you think that it has to do with this plugin?

The issue is probably AMP. I would disable it temporarily. I would set up a staging environment and try disabling it. Can you provide a link to your site?
Hi, i apologize, I thought that I had already responded to you. I can’t really help you from here since the code doesn’t distinguish between devices. It does what it does either way. You have not yet told me what theme you are using.
Using three different page builders only complicates the matter. Something you are doing on mobile is different from how your page is displaying on your desktop version. Possibly you are using AMP on mobile? Without more details, I have no clue as to what is going on.

Oh that is super strange. What plugin are you using? Are you using a page builder? Lastly, have you cleared the mobile cache of you are using one?
Hello,
Sorry for not responding sooner. I have been waiting for it to happen again and it hasn’t. I will create a new topic with the requested details if it comes up again.Never mind, I found it.
The username plug-ins change the author while the guest author name plugin does not. So they should be compatible. The guest author name would override the WordPress author name in any case.
If you are having an issue with a specific plugin, let me know.

In reply to: [Featured Image Thumbnail Grid] Show specific product category (woocommerce)? This plugin doesn’t handle taxonomies, only categories and tags. You can try our “featured image pro” plugin which also happens to have a widget.

In reply to: [(Simply) Guest Author Name] Fifth Attempt to Get SupportThank you for bringing this to my attention.
My apologies. I have not received any support requests from you before today. Today I received three copies of this report. The first one came at 6:37 AM which I believe was your third attempt. It looks like our support email isn’t working.
In general, support requests for the premium version of the product should go through your freemium account or through the support page at shooflysolutions.com on the contact page.If you tried to reach me via one of those methods and got no response, please let me know so that I can address it as soon as possible. I sent you an email with some questions and instructions that will allow me to resolve your issues.
I am closing this support request, as this is for the free plugin only.

Ah, I did not update the version on the plugin. Please check for an update in a little while.
Strange. What version of the plugin is installed?
