Hey using the account we have, this is the error i get.
I did send mail to data@time.ly for this issue. Would that be enough?
I think there is a bit of an account management issue. We can’t trace the original account that was used for admin purposes. Is it possible for you to elevate that account that we currently use.

I don’t see an option to send a screenshot but I don’t have a settings option. Some of the events are recurring but others are new. How can i fix this problem? Customers aren’t able to see useful information when they look at the calendar.:(
Hi, so this is my issue, I don’t have a settings option. There is only an option to add events.

I can see the calendar when I use http but I can’t if it’s https. We keep switching the pages to which the widget is actually applied. Could there be a permanent fix?
