I’m using a plugin specifically for the menu bar, it’s “LowerMedia Sticky.js Menus” (https://wordpress.org/plugins/lowermedia-sticky-js-menus/)
And I think that plugin is the responsible for the annoying 56px gap, but I had no time to try to fix the issue.
If you find a solution for the gap issue, just let me know 😉

I’m having the same problem with Contact Form 7, as you can see here:

Can you please help?
