I have to open this thread all over again, because I have a similar problem. My site is also behind a firewall and is an intranet. So, I wouldnt be able to provide you the link to the site itself.
I should also mention, I am using the polytechnic theme from themeforest. The site is configured as multisite wordpress and the plugin Zotpress runs only in one of them.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall the plugin, reset the plugin using the button in “Options” page. Neither seemed to fix the issue like it was suggest earlier. Aslo while adding accounts, the account configuration worked perfectly (green light blinked… 😉 )
