Hope you are doing good. Thank you for using our plugin.
I am not following your questions correctly. If you are talking about displaying each field of the form, than it already does show all the fields.
If it’s showing only Your Name, and Your Message that clearly means its the default CF7 form which you are using, you will need to add more fields to that form and it will start showing up.
If this is not what you were expecting, please provide more details. Thank you.

Thank you for installing our plugin.
It seems that none of the form were submitted from the front.
In order for forms to get displayed in the dropdown it needs to be filled at least once from front end. That should resolve this.
If it doesn’t resolve. Please provide us following details and we can take a look:
– WP Version
– CF7 Version
– Name of the Theme you are using

Seems like your server doesn’t have PDO extension of PHP enabled. That’s causing the trouble.
Please note that we are using datatables.net for listing, searching and sorting and it requires PDO. Please enable it and it shall start working.

I get your point. And, there is a way to fix it, but it would be hardcoded. I will tell you why.
Solution:
Go to plugins->save-contact-form-7->assets->DataTables->media->js->buttons->button.html5.min.jsIn this file search for “fieldSeparator” you will find more than one results but only one result with “,” replace it with “;” (something else which you think works for you the best) save the file. Hard refresh your browser. And that’s it!!
Reason Why:
We have used DataTables.net as the listing and export library, and hence we can not make such provisions as you have requested. Besides if there are going to be multiple checkboxes it would have comma in between to separate the values and hence during the export the library gets confused if this is to be considered as field or value.Let me know if you need more clarification.
