    Thank you for following up on this issue.

    I manually re‑entered all shipping details in Merchant Center yesterday evening. I’ve checked again today, and the settings have been overwritten once more. So the issue is still happening consistently on my webshop.

    Since this directly affects my sales, I would really appreciate it if this could be prioritized. If your developers need any additional information, logs, or specific steps to help reproduce the issue, I’m more than happy to provide them.

    Is there an update on this ticket?
    I can see that there is no action about this matter in GitHub. Someone was assigned to the ticket on 13/11/2025 but that person removed their assignment on 22/12/2025.

    So I’m very worried now that no one is working on this issue and it affects my sales.

    Thank you very much for the update. I really appreciate that your team is taking this seriously and that a bug report has been created. It’s reassuring to know the issue is being actively investigated.

    Since my Merchant Center setup is important for my leads and sales, could you give me a rough estimate of how long this might take to resolve? I fully understand it would only be an approximation, but it would help me understand the expected timeframe.

    Back to this support ticket: I fully agree that we should continue investigating the root cause of the shipping settings being overwritten.

    Thank you for the detailed instructions. I followed all steps, but unfortunately the issue occurred again:
    my manually entered shipping rules in Google Merchant Center were overwritten once more.
    All detailed rules disappeared again and were replaced by incorrect “free shipping” settings.

    Below is a clear overview of what I did and what I found:

    1. Scheduled Actions

    I went to WooCommerce → Status → Scheduled Actions and filtered by “Pending” and “Failed”.
    There were no actions related to google-listings-and-ads or shipping in either list.

    2. Clearing transients and caches

    I deactivated the Google for WooCommerce plugin and then cleared the following under WooCommerce → Status → Tools:

    • WooCommerce transients
    • Expired transients
    • WooCommerce.com cache
    • Template cache

    After reactivating the plugin, the setting “My shipping settings are complex. I will enter my shipping rates and times manually in Google Merchant Center.” was still correctly enabled.

    3. Logs

    Under WooCommerce → Status → Logs, I noticed there is a daily log for “google-for-woocommerce”.

    4. Compatibility Mode

    I enabled Compatibility Mode under WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → Features, as you recommended.

    Current order storage settings on my site show:

    • (checked) “Save orders as WordPress posts (deprecated)”
    • (unchecked) “High-performance order storage (recommended)”
    • (warning) A note that the legacy REST API plugin is installed
    • Compatibility mode is now enabled

    I still have the legacy API active because of an older version of the SendCloud plugin. I will upgrade SendCloud next week, which should allow me to disable the legacy API.

    Question:
    Once the SendCloud update is done, should I switch to High-performance order storage (HPOS) even if this is unrelated to the current support ticket? I would like to ensure my configuration follows WooCommerce best practices.

    5. Next steps

    For now, I prefer not to switch Google Merchant Center to full manual mode until you have reviewed this update.
    Could you please confirm whether I should already re-enter all shipping settings in GMC again, since they were overwritten?

    Please find below my answers to the steps you asked me to do:

    1. I am not very technical, so to be sure I asked Microsoft Copilot to check my full list of active plugins. Copilot confirmed that none of them (apart from Google for WooCommerce itself) link directly to Google Merchant Center or push shipping data there. Based on this check, I can confirm that no other plugin is overriding my GMC shipping settings.
    2. Following your instructions, I temporarily deactivated the Google for WooCommerce plugin. Then I went to LiteSpeed Cache → Toolbox → Purge All and cleared the cache. After that, I logged into Google Merchant Center and re‑entered all my shipping rules manually. Finally, I reactivated the Google for WooCommerce plugin. Everything remained connected as before (WordPress, Google, and GMC). So I didn’t have to do anything to change the settings.

    Unfortunately the issue is not resolved. Even though I selected “My shipping settings are complex. I will enter my shipping rates and times manually in Google Merchant Center” and configured everything manually, the plugin still overwrote my Merchant Center settings again. I noticed it this morning.

    Merchant Center now shows only free shipping (flat rate), while all my detailed rules have disappeared.
    Could you please reopen this support case and investigate why the plugin continues to push incorrect shipping data despite the manual option being enabled?

    I have now switched to the manual configuration option in Google Merchant Center as you recommended, and updated my shipping rules there. Everything looks stable so far, and I feel much more confident that my setup will remain consistent.

    Thank you for your prompt response. Yes, this is a new installation.

    I’ve double-checked the API key and even re-entered it yesterday, but unfortunately, the issue persists. I will reach out to my hosting provider to confirm whether communications from the ActiveCampaign server are being blocked.

    ActiveCampaign has already verified that their servers are functioning properly. I’ll update you as soon as I hear back from my hosting provider.

    Thank you for your detailed guidance! Here’s an update on the steps I’ve taken:

    1. I removed all shipping methods for Belgium except the Free Shipping method on the staging site, as you suggested. However, the issue persisted: https://snipboard.io/XinSj1.jpg
    2. Per your request, I’ve gathered screenshots of the relevant settings:
    3. I also tested your suggestion to enter €65 (instead of €65,00) as the minimum order amount for free shipping.
      • After saving, the value reverted to €65,00, but this seemed to have resolved the issue.
      • When I tested the cart with a low-value product, free shipping wasn’t available.
      • Adding a higher-value product (above the threshold) made free shipping work again!

    Here are screenshots of these tests:

    Finally, I applied the same fix on my live site (entering €65 and saving), and it worked perfectly there! I’m relieved that this small adjustment resolved the issue.

    Would you need any additional information or testing from me? If not, can I safely delete the staging site now?

    thank you for your reply. I did what you asked, but the issue still stays the same.
    I have created a staging website: https://staging.woofit.be/ and the Storefront theme is enabled with only the woocommerce plugin active.
    There were many ‘Storefront’ theme’s, so I hope I chose the right one.

    Do you need anything else, like a login?
    But to create a new user, I need an e-mail adres..
