ich hatte das gleiche Problem und der support hat mir geholfen und gelöst.
Als Lösungsweg hat er mir folgendes geschrieben:
the opcache.save_comments value in the php.ini needed to be set up to 1. In different hosting companies this could be set up different by default, if you need is for any other site I am afraid you will need to reach us so we can change it. That would be for when the plugin PayPal plus is used.
