Thanks to Eduard for a prompt response. The requirement to have the main icon clickable so as to provide the user with a quick route back to the index page is fundamental to any website design which I’m likely to produce. I was most surprised to find that Blocksy’s free version doesn’t offer it. Accordingly, I uninstalled Blocksy and switched to Astra. Best, NP.
@companyv, I use this theme for a personal project so am very interested in its survival. Two responses:
1. Macho Themes continue to list a pay-to-install Pro version on their website alongide the free version
2. Scott Smith, the original developer, lists a distinct, free Ghost version on his personal site (scottsmith.com)
Found it myself — in case anyone else got into the same bind, the issue is that decode has a number of distinct content templates. If you’re editing single.php, you also need to edit content-single.php. Best, NP
