    Hi Saif, thank you for your response.

    I’m sorry but i think the plugin is not working well or i don’t know what could be the problem.

    If i take a product, i change the price, the price changes on the shop of facebook. If i remove a size (a variation) the variation is not removed from the shop of facebook.

    Also, if before i added a new variation, a number was automatically assigned (corresponding to the variation of the facebook catalog). Now, if i don’t reset the Facebook metadata and than i click update, the variation created remains empty.

    Goodmorning Saif, thank you for your response.

    I know it and i am already doing that. What i’m saying is that before when you added a new variation on woocommerce was assigned to that variation a serial number automatically (corresponding to the variation number of the facebook catalog). This is not happening now. Than, for example, if i change the price of a product, it compares a message of error but the the changes are made at the same time.

    Hi Pepe, thank you for the response!

    I was uploading a new variation of a product, and when i have updated the page there was a error. On the website the new variation was visible but not in the shop. I’ll be more specific: the variation has been created but has not been assigned a serial number. So i tried to click on “reset Facebook metadata”, than updated the page and this time there wasn’t no one message of error and has been assigned a serial number to that new variation that before was empty.

    How can i solve this issue? Because i would not do this every time i need to modify a product!

    I have to wait a adjournment of the plugin maybe?

    Yes, i use the plugin lightspeed cache!

    So, i need to disable the plugin and then do the downgrade? do I have to clear the cache from the server too before starting?

    I use as host Vhosting
