Yeah good points. If you discover any sort of pattern then please let me know. As stated before this is a really tough issue to troubleshoot. Even if you had an alternate site setup without bookly to confirm if the issue is there would be great. We will keep doing our best to investigate into this issue.
I will go ahead and mark this one resolved since it sounds like you are moving to another plugin, but feel free to open it back up if we have more to discuss in specific.
Thanks!
I took a look at: http://www.michigan-lakehomes.com/purchase-advertising/
I can see there is still an image being applied that is covering the text. I would double check to see if there is a minified version of the CSS being used. If that is the case then what you put in the main file won’t matter since it’s not being used. Also, if you are using some sort of plugin that compresses the files then I would check any settings there too, maybe even just disable for testing, until you can get it just right.
SO there is a bunch of CSS in your theme that is hiding the button and replacing it with an image.
Take a look at these:
https://www.screencast.com/t/ttlDYJ9vM
You can see in the second screenshot that the text is actually still there in the button.
So I am not sure how your theme works but if you are able to edit the CSS, I would look for all instances of
.stripe-button-eland either remove or comment them out until you can get the button showing back up correctly.Do you have a link to the site so I can look?

In reply to: [Simple Calendar - Google Calendar Plugin] Tooltips no longer workingI apologize about that. Looked at your page and it looks like a
<code>element is being added around the calendar. https://www.screencast.com/t/tzspTMWcLAny idea where that is coming from? It could be causing an issue possibly.
Shouldn’t be. I just did a test on a fresh install to make sure and it showed up correctly by default on my end.
You can try checking the setting here to make sure it wasn’t changed: https://www.screencast.com/t/cawv46qZqOh
If that still doesn’t help then I would recommend going through this to rule out any possible conflicts: https://wpsimplepay.com/docs/getting-started/theme-and-plugin-conflicts/
Let me know if any of that helps.
This is a tough one because there is not a reliable way to reproduce this. It does seem related to the other issue, but I have never experienced this in literally thousands of test transactions. Which maybe it means it is an issue only in live.
Do you have a customer that has had the issue that you are in contact with?
Maybe they can help us if they are able to reproduce it over and over again?
Have you noticed if it has to do with a specific item on your site (if more than one)?
What about the type of card used, any similarities there?
What is your PHP version? If you would like to send me a system report you can post it here or you can email mycorpweb@gmail.com
It sounds like some sort of error is going on behind the scenes. I know it would be ugly, but maybe try turning on WP_DEBUG to see if an error message will show up for a customer when this happens? That might give us more to work with and then you can turn it back off.
Those are just some ideas/thoughts for now. Really sorry for the issue, but if we can figure out a way to reproduce this even in bits then hopefully we can figure out what is going on here.
I would start by using the “inspect element” function in your browser on the elements you think might need to be changed and fiddle with it there. Then when you have a good idea of what it is you can add a style to override it in your theme’s stylesheet.

Since you have the Pro Version and the FullCalendar Add-on please submit your ticket to our paid support here: https://simplecalendar.io/contact/
You will get a much faster response there and this forum is meant for the free version of the plugin.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Simple Calendar - Google Calendar Plugin] Arrows doesn’t show upMaybe try changing the setting here: https://www.screencast.com/t/eDlASelGBF to the opposite of what you have to adjust the colors correctly.
But I can’t move far than to June. And I have events in July, August… Do you know where is the problem?
Are those events carried over from July into June as multi-day events possibly?
Did you already run through this? https://docs.simplecalendar.io/troubleshooting-theme-plugin-widget-conflicts/
Hello,
Please go through this first so we can rule out any possible conflicts:
https://docs.simplecalendar.io/troubleshooting-theme-plugin-widget-conflicts/
Let me know if that helps with anything and we can go from there.
Thanks!
Should the grouped calendar template override the individual calendar templates?
No, currently the grouped calendars will use the template tags of the individual calendar.
