We haven’t heard back from you in a while so we are going to assume the latest version fixed the issues. If you still have a problem please let us know.
Thanks!
Ok sounds good. Could you send us an email over to support AT wpsimplepay.com
We can continue this from there so we can get it sorted out.
Thanks
First off thank you for the feedback. We take it very seriously as it’s the best information we can use when we are working to improve the plugin.
I can understand what you need is very useful, but I do think also that our plugin is very extensible. I am curious if maybe there is a way to do what you need but maybe we just need to work through it to see if it is possible and then improve our own documentation if that’s the case.
If you are interested in maybe trying to hash this out a bit more I would love to have an open conversation about it either here on the support forums or you can contact us directly. (If you contact us directly and get a support representative you can just ask them to get you in contact with me)
Again, thank you so much for the feedback and I hope we can work together with you and our other users to make this plugin even better.
The page you are looking for is here then: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/
This is a different plugin called “Stripe Payments for WordPress – WP Simple Pay” that has no ties with WooCommerce.
Hope that helps clear it up 🙂
This is a stand alone plugin and not an add-on for WooCommerce. So I think there might be some confusion here.
I would double check you are definitely using our plugin and not an add-on for Stripe for WooCommerce.
Actually, do you have a site link where I can see this happening?
Thanks for the information. Looking into it now.
Sounds good thanks for letting me know.
Sorry for the delay here.
Does upgrading to the latest version help resolve this issue?
Does the new version help with this issue?
Hello,
Does updating to the latest version help with this issue?
No this is a plugin that is meant to stand on it’s own. You can just install it and use it to collect payments to your Stripe account.
If you are using something like WooCommerce we recommend you take a look at what options they offer for Stripe.
It sounds like an issue with both of the plugins trying to load the Stripe PHP library. We are actually currently working on getting a new Lite version released. I will check back with you after we have released that to see if it helps at all.
