The terms and conditions page is indeed set. My question is what happens if the customer tries to checkout directly from cart using Apple Pay? The Terms and Conditions check box does not show up under cart.

This is basically a shipping option which will let the customer choose a locker to pick up his package from. If the customer uses one of the payment ways available under checkout without selecting a locker (using the button in the screenshot) an error shows up saying they need to select a locker. The same thing applies to my first question if they try to pay using bank account or credit card. They get an error about not having accepted terms and conditions.
