Tried all of your suggestions. Nothing worked until I tried your final suggestion, changing the sitemap link to just /sitemap_index.xml. Works great now. Thanks for your help!

Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately, thats exactly how I have it set up. Thats why I’m so confused.
