Hi, thank you for the response.
I tested further on my site. I’m using the Hello Elementor theme, and I also tested the following:
- LiteSpeed Cache temporarily disabled — issue persists.
- WordPress Consent plugin disabled — issue persists inside Tutor LMS.
- Jetpack is active, but “Compose using shortcodes to embed media from popular sites” is already disabled.
- The exact same unlisted YouTube video works correctly when embedded on a normal WordPress page outside Tutor LMS.
- I also tried using the exact YouTube iframe code through Tutor LMS’s Embedded video option, and it still produces Error 153.
I’m currently hesitant to disable all of my other production plugins because the website is live and has active WooCommerce customers/orders.
I’m running Tutor LMS 4.0.6, which was recently updated. Could you please check whether there are any known YouTube/embed issues with 4.0.6 or advise on a safe way to isolate the conflict without disabling the production site?
I have not had a problem, the course worked fully for more than a month, no new plugins were added during that time, and now it suddenly doesn’t work…
Thank you.
