Still haven’t solved this one… so I thought I’d do a couple of screen-shots.

OK…what you’ll notice here is that in the Visual.jpg all the buttons to customize the post in the visual tab are missing yet on the html.jpg you will see that under the html tab the buttons all look like they are there.

I have checked the files in wp-admin but I can’t see anything wrong.
