Yes I’m using Elementor, but as far as I can tell (definitely may not have a full understanding of what changes what) this is a Neve option. I definitely did not attempt to set any of these heading font sizes (until debugging this issue anyway).
In any case this ‘works’ for me now with my current site and manually changing the desired font size. Does that mean its resolved? The only reason I’m reporting it here is in case its a more ‘general’ issue with Neve where the defaults go to 1.1px (which dont’ make sense) for h3 until h6. If this isn’t the case then I guess it’s my error and this isn’t an issue.

I’ve undone my fix (which was just setting 22px instead of 1.1px for the tablet size font. I’ll have to redo it eventually though, but since you asked for a demonstration…
