Well. SNAP declares class ‘NXS_HtmlFixer’ only once.
This error
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class NXS_HtmlFixer
means that you either have another installed and activated instance of SNAP in some other folder or you you have some other plugin that is using code stolen from us. In either cases please disable and remove another plugin.
You can see which one in the “previously declared” section of this error.

Please fix your cron.
Please check your Log/History page and let me know what do you have there.
As I said, please try to re-authorize the Facebook account, then choose the group from “Where to post” dropdown list and save the account settings. It should work after that.
What exactly do you have in the “Your Facebook Account has been authorized. User ID: ” section?
Is it a profile page or group? Do you see it in the “Where to post” dropdown or you have entered the ID manually?
Are you sure that the person who authorized plugin is the owner of the Facebook app and an admin of FB page (if it’s a page)?
Please try to re-authorize the Facebook account, then choose the page from “Where to post” dropdown list and save the account settings.
