There is not need to make a separate tool. Any tool that can allow you to delete user comments will work for that.
Actually WordPress does not have anything that could be used for identification of the comment source. So once comment is posted, there is no way to tell if it was posted by SNAP, another plugin or manually.
What is your plugin version? This issue was fixed like a year ago. Please update plugin to the latest version.

Plugin does not generate links it takes them from standard WordPress function get_permalink (https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/get_permalink).
I would’ve said that you need to check what this function is returning, but SNAP uses exact same function for all networks.
Are you saying that if you put %URL% in the message format and post it to Facebook and Twitter, Twitter will come out fine and Facebook incorrect?

Honestly we are not sure what are you asking here. We never deleted anything form the WP repository. We are following standard WordPress guidelines. WordPress is not using git, it is using SVN. Latest version always uploaded to trunk. Sometimes when we make big changes we manually upload outdated version to “tags”. The latest verison in “tags” is 3.8.8. We never put any v4.x.x in there.

1. Please install the latest plugin.
2. Go to Facebook account settings, click green refresh button to get the latest list of your pages.
3. Choose your profile from the drop down
4. Click “Update Account info”
5. Choose your page from the dropdown.
6. Click “Update Account info”Please try to post. It might work.
It’s important to do all those steps. It will not work if you don’t select profile and “Update Account info” first.
