Plugin does not generate links it takes them from standard WordPress function get_permalink (https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/get_permalink). You need to check what this function is returning.
vk.com does not support gif animations in posts and in photos.

Please go to the Log/History page and check only “All Cron Events” checkbox.
You should see ONLY crons executed from WGET or Mozilla every one or two minutes. If you see nothing at all, calls from “WordPress/4.x.x” or calls made at irregular time intervals, your cron is not set correctly.

Your order was processed immediately after your payment. As it stayed on our page if you pay with PayPal without creating account, order will be delivered to your PayPal address.

First of all – never rename plugin folders. renaming folders is not deleting plugin it just forcefully deactivates it (sometimes incorrectly). Re-activating plugin from renamed folder will cause you a whole bunch of troubles.
Cache could be in 3 places:
1. Caching plugins.
2. System Cache from your hosting provider.
3. Browser cache.
First delete ALL FOLDERS with ALL plugins that you were ever renamed. Then deactivate all cache plugins that you might have. Then try a different browser. Then please make sure your WordPress is NOT managed by some third party service, that sees your actions like an attempt to break your site and automatic ally restores it’s configuration.
