I got this same error this morning in a similar hosted install situation. After poking around in the code for a bit, it seems you can safely ignore it and continue with the installation. You’ll get another message like this on the next screen (or the next…), but if you keep going, the tables get created successfully and the installation succeeds without a problem.
Go figure. I might dig deeper and try to find the cause of the “false-positive” in the code someday …
