Have you tried refreshing the page, or closing out of the window and reactivating everything? Sometimes it takes a browser a second or two (or a refresh or two) to update everything.
That worked to get me back into my site, thank you.
Now, however, none of my pages are working. Each one redirects to the twentyten default page, rather than the content i originally had. I tried editing the shortlink and deleting the page, but I think all pages, new or old, are redirecting to the default.
