When I turned on the debug mode, it did display at the top of the screen, what country the user is in–and now it is seeing me as being in Switzerland. But we would prefer to not display that. Is it necessary in order to not get orders for the “Alphabets of Good Life” book that is available only in India? If I turn it back, we will be back to the settings we had when I first contacted you because of orders for “Alphabets of Good Life” that were being ordered from outside India. We don’t understand why any would have come through.
On the product CBR, we have Hide Completely and Detect Geo-location Country–Selected Countries Only / India.
In the general settings for the plugin, we have Detect Geo-location Country. Should I enable the debug mode to make it work?
Other than if you say I should turn on debug mode, I will have made no change from how it had been set up, when we were still getting orders from outside of India, when we cannot supply this product outside of India.
Thank you for the fast response, but I am more confused. Our settings match the first screenshot you sent (Selected countries only/India), but on the second screenshot, our settings are: Hide Completely, Detect Geo-location Country is enabled and debug mode is off.
