It seems to be a theme conflict because i tryed to start the theme without pluging and just my theme, i’m going to contact the dev..
Actually we did a backup of our website and it still working but i’m a bit affraid that it could happen again!

I already did what you suggest to do, and I think that’s a theme problem, i’m actually doing a backup from 18 november but i’m affraid to think that it can happen again.
