I just did what you have recommended:
1) replaced the code
2) put IDs, where I can exclude post IDs.Unfortunately, it is still not working for categories. 🙁
Any idea?
This is the page, where the sitemap is located:

What if I rebuilt the pages/posts instead of export/import them? (I did this) By the way lot of page becomes post in the new environment. The URL will stay the exact same.
What do you think about these 2 statements I got from different forums? Are they true in this case?
Your rating will remain the same if you change to a new CMS. The ratings are set for the website itself, and not where it is ‘housed’.
The plugin will reflect the page content. However, sometimes when making changes, it may take time to adjust. Let it sit for a few days, get everything else added and completed before worrying about the status.
