Hello,

Thanks for your reply. To clarify – should I remove siteground DNS ns1.siteground.net
ns2.siteground.net from GoDaddy and add yours instead? I don’t see an option to add an extra DNS

Hi Dani,

I hope you are well. I have changed my email address without any luck. I also checked if any errors show in the system info – all looks good.

So outgoing email are still not working with an error massage:
There was a problem with your sending method. Please check if your sending method is properly configured.

Please advise
