You might want to update the WordPress compatibility version in your readme I think, you have it currently at 4.6.7 – just reassures folks when considering installing – and we know it works in the latest version!

Thanks for the reply, I ran another test and the widgets are getting lost when swapping themes – I am using a starter theme which is a sample variant – https://github.com/neilgee/genesischild-mobile-first

Better form to reach out for support first before slugging it a 1 star review, esp. since you thought it a great plugin.

2) I have to click “media link” in each choose image for post (both of upload/exit in media)

In reply to: [VenoBox Lightbox] Can’t activate pluginLooks like you are running a very old version of php, the plugin works on versions 5.3 and greater, WordPress recommends running the latest either 7 or 7.1
You should be able to switch in your hosting options, your site overall will be better off with the later versions
