Ok, I fixed all my problems… just wondering how to fix the responsive design theme overlap issue?
Also, how do I style (CSS) the mobile menu?

Just fixed the Apple Touch Icon problem too! (I’m on a roll)
The only place that my logo doesn’t display is on “Google Chrome Mobile Bookmarks”.
I still get the MyThemeShops Logo. Any ideas?
Also, if anyone could point out where to change the code so that I can fix my responsive theme overlap issue that would be awesome!

I managed to fix the mobile menu by myself.
Now, I just need help with fixing the Apple-Touch-Icon and the overlap that occurs with the side widget (call to action button) and the banner ad.
