I happens the same. After I update the wordpress version to 3.8.1, when I activate the plugin WordPress Popular Posts, shown the next fatal error message:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare maybe_create_table() (previously declared in wp-admin/install-helper.php:54) in wp-admin/includes/upgrade.php on line 1374
Any ideas?

I try to activate in other themes and works, but in Twenty Eleven 1.3 theme jump the alert described above, and I have not changed anything about theme. This original.
Any body have same problem?
