Great news, the CSS did the trick!! Again, thank you guys so much! Your responsiveness and willingness to help has been fantastic.

I’ll do some additional testing with the new CSS in play and let you know what I find.
Thanks – it’s on every browser we’ve tried. We’ve had 8-10 people on different devices around the world try the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari. When changing the theme, it acted the same (we used the default WP Theme).
On this page for some reason (https://acta2002.wpengine.com/finance/budgets/) it happens every time for users so I’m pretty shocked it’s not happening for you all. Definitely try visiting them more than once if it’s not doing it for some reason. Here’s a screenshot of what it does:

Sorry but it looks like I spoke too soon, this item isn’t fully resolved unfortunately. What we’re seeing is that the “Showing Entries” drop-down isn’t always loading – it’s hit or miss for our users. I’ve provided several pages with tables on them and when viewing them, sometimes it shows and sometimes it doesn’t. In this session alone when putting this comment together, 2 of the 3 times I visited the first link (Budgets), it didn’t show.
Can you please let us know what needs to be done to have it show all the time? Thanks!
