@nrobertsudp, I deactivated all my plugins other than the ones I’m not willing to loose (only 2) and it didn’t help.
any other ideas? I’d like to keep this software as I have almost all other other plugins this company offers and don’t want to get rid of it but if I can’t use it, no reason to have it.
