You can override Tutor LMS templates and customize it according to your own. . It’s pretty simple and easy to move on. .

I have got your problem. But as our developers are preoccupied now with heavy loads of task this, I can not ensure this change right now. . This feature will need a bit of Research by our RnD team. Sorry. .
Tutor LMS has almost 335 Action Hooks and 229 Filter Hooks
It’s a highly customizable plugin. I hope any developer with some PHP knowledge can do some codes to trigger the Complete course button after completing the quiz . .

You can check this new setting from WordPress dashboard > Tutor LMS > Settings > Courses tab > And look for the Course Completion Process option . .
There are two modes. . Strict and Flexible mode . .
Students can complete courses anytime in the Flexible mode.
In the Strict mode, students have to complete, pass all the lessons and quizzes (if any) to mark a course as complete.

In the free version of Tutor LMS, the course products for the Paid courses can only be created by the site admin. . The instructor then will be able to find the product in the dropdown menu of Select a Product section in the Course builder . .
In Pro version from Front end course builder, instructors can be able to define a course price from the Front end and the product is automatically created on the WooCommerce products section . .

It is not possible to enroll users automatically to Free courses after registration. . .
In the Pro version, you can use the Manual Enrollments addon to enroll students to any course https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/addons/manual-enrolments/

It seems your plugins have some conflicts with Tutor LMS. . Please check the plugin conflicts by deactivating one by one and refreshing the page of the lesson video. .

To change Courses URL, you will need to use this piece of code in your child themes functions.php to prevent that from updating or by overriding Tutor LMS templates https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/developers/override-templates/

You can change the lesson slug base easily from WordPress dashboard > Tutor LMS > Lessons tab . .

This happens when you have any caching or security plugins installed in your site that is not compatible with Tutor LMS or a functionality that is conflicting with Tutor LMS functions . .
I would request to try enabling the default WordPress theme and Tutor LMS only. You can see then if the Loading problem is from tutor or not. .
